Article 1. (Amendment to Articles of Incorporation)
These Articles of Incorporation may be amended by a resolution of the general meeting of shareholders.
Article 2. (Internal Rules and Regulations)
The Board of Directors adopt and implement internal rules and regulations as it deems
necessary in order to promote the business and management of the Company.
Article 3. (Date of Execution)
The Articles of Incorporation shall be effective from March 12, 2010.
(Article 4. Method of Pubic Notices shall be effective from May 29, 2010.)
